SWFT ICT have provided GP Practices with a “remote desktop” solution to enable staff to work from home from their own Windows PC or Apple Mac.
This solution provides access to Emis Web and Docman 10 ONLY, no other applications will be installed to ensure the stability of the platform for all users.
NHS Spine access is not possible from a remote desktop via a Mac therefore EPS and the eRS service is not available.
Users who DO NOT have a Practice Email address will not be able to access the service. Please complete a NETWORK ACCESS
form and return it to support@swft.nhs.uk
