Diabetes
South Warwickshire Foundation Trust is providing some extra Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) support for any South Warwickshire patients with diabetes. Patients with diabetes can contact a DSN 8am -8pm, 7 days a week for the next 3 months on 07775 012696. This service is also available for practice to use too should they have concerns regarding Diabetic patients.
